What are you most looking forward to in the plant-based market?
I'm excited about the plant-based market growing… for the people in this world to become more educated and aware. For more plant-based products, and less animal ingredients/ testing etc.
Which innovations in the plant-based industry interest you most?
Vegan Fashion - I'd love the fashion industry to start more plant-based innovations such as vegan leathers and for it to become more affordable and accessible.

Who is the most inspirational plant-based person in your life?
My mom, she became vegan in her late 50's and it's true that it's never too late..

Vegan chapstick, and my fake leather jacket.

What is your best advice for someone who wants to commit to a plant-based lifestyle?
Don't make excuses! If you have plants accessible where you live, you can do it. For some people it's a process and it's okay.. Educate yourself, learn where your food comes from. Make plant-based versions of your favorite meals. Enjoy the new tastes & textures just as much as you enjoy your new journey. Be proud of yourself for making a change that is benefiting the environment, the animals and hopefully your health as well!
